Here we go,
Today’s the day, my first blog is live on my 31st birthday, and I’ve decided to set off on a journey to put all of my eggs in this basket and try until my knuckles bleed to become as inspiring and impactful in the wedding photography world as some of my hero’s are. I don’t know where this road will take me, but I’m willing to take the risk and am eager to find out!!
I have to admit, I’ve been doing a lot of homework up until this point. I make it a daily habit to wake up, kiss my girl, kiss the dog and then go straight to the computer to read all of my favorite blogs. I’ve become a bit of a blog geek I guess you could say. But for good reason, I really want my blog to be as amazing and addicting as the blogs I read every morning. I usually begin with one of my favorite wedding photographers/bloggers and largest inspiration for this journey. Jasmine Star, who many of you probably already know has an inspiring life story, an inspiring blog, and an awesome view on life. She’s been very instrumental in my making of this blog and if she ever reads this. THANK YOU!! We’ve never met but I owe you many thank you’s for your inspiring words of wisdom in the morning.
For anyone out there pondering blogging for your business just like me take a look at Liene Stevens Blog. Liene (pronounced Lynn in case you’re wondering) is the founder and creator of the enormously helpful blog called Splendid Communications, formerly the smart planner. Her blog helps people in the wedding and event planning industry learn to use the internet and other media outlets to grow their business and increase awareness of who they are and what they do. Her insight and advice is nothing short of amazing!
So internet here I am, I’ll be keeping a log of my adventure from this day forward to see where life takes me.

Scott Lawrence - Hi Liene,
Of Course, I should be thanking you!! My wife and I read your blog daily and I can’t begin to tell you how helpful and instrumental it’s been for the both of us over the past 8 months of our lives. Keep up the good work, and we hope to meet you some day soon at one of your gatherings.
Best Wishes,
